Utopia Policy

In the interest of health and safety and as professional Hair Stylists and Beauty Therapists it is our policy to patch/strand test our clients at least 24 hours before any of the following treatments are undertaken - Hair Colour/Perming Eyelash or Brow Tinting Eyelash Perming.

It is also our policy to gain parental/guardian consent in writing before treating any client under the age of 16.

Should you wish to make an appointment of 2 hours duration or more a 50% deposit will be required to secure the booking. This can be paid whilst making the appointment or a provisional appointment will be made for 48 hours until payment is received. If payment is not received the appointment will be cancelled to allow other clients to book that time slot.

Should you wish to cancel an appointment, please notify us 24 hours before if possible, otherwise a charge may be made of £10 per hour. Should you be late for your appointment your treatment will be cut short or refused.
