Utopia Policy

Testing

In the interest of health and safety and as professional Hair Stylists and Beauty Therapists it is our policy to patch/strand test our clients at least 24 hours before any of the following treatments are undertaken - Hair Colour/Perming Eyelash or Brow Tinting Eyelash Perming.

Age Restrictions
Please note all guests must be aged 16 or over to receive treatments, guests below this age will need written parental/guardian consent prior to any service commencing.

Making your Booking & cancellation policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure all large bookings.  We can only offer a full refund if a reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. If a cancellation is made with less than the 48 hour cancellation period Utopia will use the deposit as the cancellation fee.

Arrival Time
Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the designated appointment time.

Arriving any later may shorten the treatment or, depending on what treatment you have booked, it may not be possible for the stylist/therapist to do it. Where possible, we will offer an alternative treatment for the time, but will charge for the original treatment.

Health Advice
If you have any medical conditions or had recent surgery, please notify Utopia upon booking. All treatments are booked subject to medical status. This ensures your health and well-being and that the treatment you have booked is suitable for you.  A consultation is completed prior to your treatment. Utopia will not be held responsible of the side affects of the treatments if individual medical conditions are not disclosed.

Pregnancy
In the interest of you and your baby, please make sure Utopia is made fully aware of your pregnancy, as certain treatments may not be suitable; however we do have a range of treatments which are suitable for each trimester of your pregnancy, so please ask.

Price Information
Prices are correct at time of going to print but are subject to change without prior notice.

Stylist/Therapist

For reasons beyond our control the requested stylist/therapist may not be available. In this instance a therapist/stylist of the same qualifications will attend to you.

Gift Vouchers
All Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date indicated on the Gift Voucher. Gift Vouchers cannot be refunded in total or in part and we regret, cannot be replaced by Utopia if lost or stolen.

 Utopia Training Academy

A 10-25% deposit is required to commence on a training course.  This deposit is non-refundable once the candidate has been enrolled.

On completion of a training course the candidate certificates remain the property of Utoipia Academy until all training fees have been settled in full.
